We utilize a specialized flash-freezing process immediately upon harvesting our premium blooms to cryogenically lock in the plant’s volatile resin. By bypassing the standard drying and curing cycles, we protect the delicate, live cannabinoid and terpene profiles from oxidation and degradation. This method ensures that every gram of flower remains in its most natural state, providing a superior, terpene-rich foundation for high-end solventless extraction. Leveraging a completely solventless method, we submerge our flash-frozen flowers into a bath of highly purified ice and water. This mechanical separation gently detaches the resinous trichome heads from the plant material, ensuring that the fragile cannabinoids and aromatic terpenes remain pristine and intact. By avoiding harsh chemicals and focusing on cold-temperature agitation, we harvest a clean, potent bubble hash that represents the true, unadulterated essence of the hemp plant.
Our artisanal slow-heat pressing involves sandwiching our premium grade hash between two precision-heated plates at carefully controlled low temperatures. This gentle application of pressure and mild warmth serves to naturally express the rich, golden rosin from within, ensuring that none of the delicate flavor nuances or vital cannabinoids are lost to excessive heat. To reach full maturity, the freshly pressed rosin is placed within a strictly temperature-controlled climate for an extended rest period. This essential cold cure finishing stage allows the volatile terpenes to naturally separate and then homogenize, transforming the concentrate into a smooth, creamy, and shelf-stable texture. By avoiding all solvents and relying on this slow, chemical-free curing process, we enable the plant’s complex flavor layers and aromatic profiles to peak, resulting in a clean and potent artisan finish that captures the true essence of the harvest.
